How to do it
Distractions Removal: activates automatically when a solid backdrop with distracting elements is detected. The AI fills gaps and removes intruding objects.
Clean Backdrop: one-click blemish removal for solid backgrounds. Separate sliders for Background (vertical) and Ground (horizontal) intensity.
Use the Manual Tuning Brush to paint specific areas for Enhanced Removal when automatic detection misses spots.
Unify Lighting: balances background brightness for studio paper, seamless walls, and fabric backdrops. Adjust Luminance to brighten or darken.
Color Banding Removal: automatically eliminates moiré, color blocks, and ripple patterns on solid backgrounds.
Background Enhancement: subtly boosts saturation and contrast of the background through AI color adjustments.
Try it
Open a studio portrait with visible wrinkles and dust on the backdrop paper. Apply Clean Backdrop at 100%, then Unify Lighting. Compare the before/after.
Watch out for
These tools are designed for solid-color backgrounds. Applying them to complex backgrounds (patterns, landscapes) may damage the image.
Syncing manual Clean Backdrop changes to images with non-solid backgrounds causes visual artifacts.
