Keyboard shortcuts dramatically speed up your Evoto workflow. Combined with proper system settings for performance, export defaults, and cache management, these foundational optimizations pay dividends on every editing session.
Key shortcuts
G — Grid View, D — Edit Mode, L — Loupe View, N — Survey View
Spacebar — Before/After comparison in Edit mode
P — Pick, X — Reject, U — Remove flag
1–5 — Star ratings, 0 — Remove rating
6–9 — Color labels (Red, Yellow, Green, Blue)
Cmd/Ctrl+C / Cmd/Ctrl+V — Copy/Paste adjustments
Cmd/Ctrl+Z — Undo, Cmd/Ctrl+Shift+Z — Redo
System settings
Settings → Performance: set preview resolution and GPU acceleration preferences.
Settings → Export: configure default export format, quality, and naming conventions.
Settings → Cache: set cache location (fastest SSD) and manage cache size.
Settings → Language: switch interface language if needed.
