AI Lab provides two powerful removal tools. People Removal automatically detects and removes unwanted people from the background. Smart Removal lets you brush over any distracting object to intelligently fill the area. Both use AI to produce natural-looking results.
How to do it
Open AI Lab from the Tool Bar or Feature Menu.
For People Removal: the AI automatically detects people in the image. Select which people to remove. Click Apply and the AI fills the background naturally.
For Smart Removal: use the brush tool to paint over any unwanted object (power lines, trash cans, signs). Adjust brush size as needed. Click Apply to let the AI reconstruct the area.
Review the result carefully. Use Undo if needed and retry with a different brush coverage.
Try it
Open a landscape or street photo with distracting elements. Use Smart Removal to clean up one object and compare before/after with spacebar.
Watch out for
People Removal may leave artifacts if subjects overlap significantly — review edges carefully.
Both tools consume AI processing credits on export.
