Rotate & AI Correction

Straighten horizons manually or with one-click AI horizon and perspective correction.

Article· 4 min

The Rotate tool straightens tilted images and corrects perspective issues. AI Correction provides one-click automatic straightening based on detected horizon lines and architectural elements.

How to do it

  1. Open the Rotate Tool from the Crop & Rotate module.

  2. Manual rotation: drag the rotation slider or type an exact degree value.

  3. AI Correction: click to automatically detect and straighten the horizon line.

  4. AI Correction also addresses mild perspective distortion from shooting angles.

  5. After AI Correction, you can fine-tune manually if the automatic result needs adjustment.

Try it

Open a landscape with a slightly tilted horizon. Apply AI Correction and see if it nails it. If not, fine-tune manually until the horizon is perfectly level.

Watch out for

  • AI Correction interacts with manual adjustments — applying AI after manual rotation may override your manual work.

  • Images with no clear horizon line (abstract, macro, studio) may produce unexpected AI Correction results.
