Instant fails most often on event day because nobody tested the full path: capture → upload → edit → gallery → share. This lesson is a 10-minute rehearsal you should run for every new venue, camera, or team.
How to do it
In the portal, create a project named for the real event with a "-rehearsal" suffix. Use the same branding and gallery settings the live event will use.
Connect one camera using the planned method — USB, FTP, or in-app camera. Capture or import three photos.
Watch the dashboard. Each photo should pass from Imported to Edited within two minutes if AI editing is on.
Approve the photos manually. Open the gallery preview and check branding, watermark, and layout.
Generate a share link and open it on a phone that is not signed in. Confirm the experience matches what guests will see.
Delete the rehearsal project after note-taking. Real events use fresh projects.
Try it
Pick the next event on your calendar and run a rehearsal exactly as above. If anything failed, fix it in the portal — not on event day.
Watch out for
Using your own phone (signed in) to test the gallery. Test from a guest perspective, no login.
Skipping the watermark check. Watermark mistakes are visible in every shared photo.
