You are preparing for an event where photos need to move quickly from camera to gallery. By the end of this lesson, the project, AI settings, branding, and sharing rules are all in place before the first shutter press.
How to do it
Open the Evoto Instant web portal. Set project name, date, branding, gallery design, and sharing.
Decide whether AI Culling and AI Editing should be enabled for this job.
Pick manual export when someone needs to review before credits are committed; auto-export when speed matters more than review.
Add brand assets — banners and watermarks — before the event, not during it.
Log into the mobile app with the same Evoto account so the project syncs to the capture device.
Try it
Create a test project named with tomorrow's event format. Set AI editing, add a placeholder watermark, and confirm the project appears in the mobile app. Delete it afterwards if it was only a rehearsal.
Watch out for
Configuring sharing once the event has already started — Wi-Fi and timing pressure are worst then.
Treating the app and the portal as separate products. They are one synced workflow.
