Lesson 7 of 17Run a live event from setup to gallery

Share the right gallery: global, private, or Find Me

Deliver event photos in the format guests expect while protecting privacy, access, and brand presentation.

Article· 7 min

Instant sharing is not one button. The right gallery model depends on privacy, guest experience, and event format. Pick the model before links go public.

How to choose

  1. Global gallery — open events, activations, shared browsing. Share by link, QR code, or password-protected portal.

  2. Private gallery — every guest gets their own set. Face recognition groups images and creates individual links.

  3. Find Me — guests locate themselves from a selfie or reference photo without scrolling the whole event.

  4. Set access rules before sharing: public link, access code, password, SMS, or email.

  5. Add brand banners, cover images, and watermarks if the gallery is client-facing.

Try it

Create one test global gallery link and one private-gallery flow. Compare the guest experience: how many taps does it take to find a useful photo?

Watch out for

  • Using a global gallery on a privacy-sensitive shoot. School / corporate / VIP work needs access control.

  • Forgetting to enable Find Me for the project — guests cannot use it otherwise.
